We collect non-perishable food and household supplies for our community food bank, St. Mark's Food Center. We can leave them outside the pastor's office.
St. Mark’s Food Center will gratefully accept the following nonperishable items: breakfast cereals (especially cereals that are kid-friendly), shelf-stable milk (including soy milk), white or brown rice, soups, canned chicken and tuna, peanut butter, canned vegetables, canned fruit, pancake mix (just-add-water variety) and syrup, applesauce and fruit cups, enriched pasta, pasta sauce, stew, chili, vegetables, vegetarian beans, and coffee. They also welcome one-ply toilet paper, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent, bar bath soap, diapers, sanitary napkins and feminine hygiene products, and incontinence products.
In an effort to provide more nutritionally balanced options for their clients, the Food Center gratefully accepts cash donations. Checks may be made payable to St. Mark's Food Center.
