Join us on Sunday afternoon, May 20, for a special musical concert: Temple University Graduate Choral Conducting Students in Concert, featuring our choir director, Cory Davis with friends Shannon Arnold, Forrest Glass, Kreg Godfrey, Victoria Nance, Zachary Sigafoes, Megnot Toggia, and Trevor Tran as they share some of their favorite a cappella chamber choral pieces. The concert will include a variety of classical religious pieces, traditional spirituals, world music (such as “Siyahamba”), and the East Coast premiere of Trevor Tran’s composition, “Star Light, Star Bright.”

The concert will be held at Marple Christian Church and will start at 2:00 pm. All are welcome to attend. Admission is free. A reception afterwards will serve light refreshments.

Cory Davis has earned a Master's Degree in Choral Conducting from Temple University. He graduated on May 10. He is a freelance musician and nonprofit arts professional based in Philadelphia, and he directs our church choir.
