First Sunday of the Month
This coming Sunday is the first Sunday of the month. That's the Sunday on which we bring food for the community food bank.
In addition, our worship takes a more contemporary form on this Sunday.
Regular Schedule Begins September 12
Our summer schedule will continue through September 5. Our regular schedule (with worship starting at 11:00 a.m.) begins on September 12.
Disaster in Pakistan
The devastating flood in Pakistan is affecting millions of people. U.S. Troops (first Army and then Marines) have been bringing aid to Pakistani victims in the Swat Valley. Our Week of Compassion partners are also on the ground in Pakistan and helping with the victims. For more information, see their online report.
CWF Salad Supper
The Christian Women's Fellowship will hold their Salad Supper at our church building, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on September 8. Valerie Coggins from Fellowship Christian Church will speak about the DWM Quadrennial Assembly. We're inviting Fellowship Christian Church's CWF/DWM to join us.
